Terms of service

These terms govern your use of varentti.com and any order you place with Varentti. By ordering, you accept them.

1. Who we are

The store is operated by Varentti. You can reach us at support@varentti.com.

2. Who can order

You must be 18, or the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Products

We sell menswear and accessories. Descriptions, images and prices can change without notice. We may discontinue a product, limit quantities, or decline an order.

4. Orders

An order confirmation is not acceptance. We may cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if a price or description was wrong, or if payment looks irregular. You are told promptly and refunded in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices show in your local currency where your market supports it, and include the taxes required by law in your country. Payment is processed securely by our providers and we never store your card details.

6. Delivery

Times and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delays caused by customs, carriers or events outside our control are not our responsibility, though we help you resolve them.

7. Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery under the conditions in our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights under the law of your own country of residence are unaffected.

8. Intellectual property

Text, images, photography and design on this site belong to Varentti and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or data, or damage caused by misuse of a product. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law

Your order is subject to the consumer protection law of your own country of residence, and any dispute may be brought before the courts competent there. Write to support@varentti.com first, because almost everything is settled without lawyers.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
