Measure your chest at the fullest point, with the tape level and a shirt on. Do not measure over a jumper — it adds a size that is not there.
Caught between two sizes on the chart, take the larger one for knitwear and outerwear, the smaller one for a shirt you intend to tuck in. Knitwear relaxes roughly half a size after the first wear.

Orders leave the warehouse within two business days. Tracking arrives by email the moment the label is printed. Delivery then takes 5 to 9 business days in Europe and 7 to 14 elsewhere.
Returns. You have 30 days from delivery. The piece comes back unworn, with tags and original packaging. Write to support@varentti.com with your order number and we send the return address the same day.
Return postage is on you unless the piece arrived faulty or we sent the wrong item. Once the parcel is back and checked, the refund reaches your original payment method in 5 to 10 business days.

Care guide
Cashmere and wool. Hand wash cold, or run the wool cycle at 30C with a mild detergent. Never wring the piece. Press the water out inside a towel and dry it flat, away from a radiator.
Linen. Machine wash at 30C, hang it while still damp, iron on medium if you want the crease gone.
Storage. Store knitwear folded. A hanger pulls the shoulders out of shape within one season.

I am between two sizes. Which one do I take?
For knitwear and outerwear, take the larger size — these are meant to sit over a shirt, and a jumper that pulls across the chest never relaxes into a good fit. For a shirt you intend to tuck in, take the smaller one.
The size guide beside the variants carries chest, waist and hip measurements for every size. Measure over a shirt, with the tape level.
Will it shrink or lose shape after washing?
Not if it is washed cold and dried flat. Cashmere and wool go on the wool cycle at 30C or are hand washed; press the water out inside a towel rather than wringing, and dry flat away from a radiator. Heat and hanging are what pull a knit out of shape, not washing itself.
Does the colour match the photos?
The photographs are shot in daylight without colour filters, so what you see is close. Screens still vary, so a beige can read warmer or cooler than it is. If the colour is not what you expected, that counts as a reason to return within 30 days.
What do I do if the size is wrong?
